Private Dining Terms & Conditions

Please note: ALL private dining reservations require a signed contract and deposit.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MINIMUM

Our F&B minimum is the predetermined amount patrons must spend on food and beverages during their visit. This expenditure ensures exclusive use of our private dining rooms & spaces for the specified time. A/V rental, printed material, labor and miscellaneous fees will not contribute to the F&B minimum. Food and Beverage minimums must be met prior to the addition of sales tax & 20% gratuity.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Events cancelled 14+ days in advance will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 14 days before the event date will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the event may result in liability for the full contracted amount.

GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT

We ask for a committed guaranteed guest count at least 14 days prior to your event date. Reducing the guaranteed final guest count cannot be accommodated within 14 days of the scheduled event without written approval from our Events Management Team.

MANDATORY GRATUITY

A mandatory 20% gratuity charge will be applied based on the pre-tax bill.

PRIVATE DINING TIMELINESS

Private dining reservations are reserved in increments of 2.5 hours during peak nights (Fridays/Saturdays) and 3 hours during non-peak times. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late during peak seasons may not be accommodated.

BILLING & PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due in full at the conclusion of the event. We accept cash, card payments, and certified checks (with 10 days' notice). A 2.75% non-cash adjustment fee applies to all card transactions.
