Full Catering Terms & Conditions

Please note: ALL catering requests require a signed contract and deposit.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

A 25% deposit is required to secure your catering booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made 72+ hours in advance will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee.

BILLING

To streamline the billing process, all catering orders must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the event date. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks made payable to Plate Italiano Moderno.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

To ensure clarity regarding payment expectations, promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined with other offers and must be mentioned at the time of booking.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

In the event of an unforeseeable circumstance that prevents Plate from fulfilling the catering agreement, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund. This includes but is not limited to: severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SERVICE AREAS

Plate provides catering services throughout the Leawood and greater Kansas City area. Delivery fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius. Please contact us to confirm delivery availability to your location.

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or special requests at the time of booking. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination in our kitchen.
